Gively helps registered charities and nonprofits raise more funds with less internal effort and at a lower cost through its unique Fundraising Infrastructure as a Service (FiaaS) and donor engagement mechanisms. Authorized representatives can create or activate their organization's public profile and start receiving donations through Gively.
How to register or activate your organization's account
NB: You must be a staff or board member authorized to manage your organization's profile and fundraising on Gively.
- Click on “Register or Activate your account” and select the country in which your organization is registered.
- Select the option that applies to your organization. CRA-registered charities should choose “Yes, we are a registered charity,” while other nonprofits and community organizations should select “No, we are not a registered charity.”
- If you are a CRA-registered charity, you will be prompted to enter your charity's name or key word, then search by your legal name or registration number. If it is already listed, select the matching profile. If not, add your charity to the directory.
- If your organization is not listed in the directory and it is not a CRA-registered charity, go to the previous window and enter your organization's legal name, registration number, website, and registered address.
- Enter your personal details, namely your name, role title, email, and mobile number, and confirm that you are the authorized representative of your organization.
- Where applicable, enter the referral code of the user who referred you to Gively to create your organization's account.
- A One-Time Password (OTP) will be emailed to the email and/or phone number you provided to verify that you are a real human. Enter the code and continue the process.
- Choose the subscription plan that your organization is subscribing to and click on “Submit”. The FREE plan is set as the default subscription. If you choose either the Growth or the Enterprise plan, a Gively staff member will contact you to complete the setup of the plan.
